Chef Ian Boden’s unique, inspired American cuisine is created by his primary use of a wide network of local and regionally produced food source. The menu is based on the concept of cooking with the seasons, using finely honed contemporary and classical techniques that accentuate and utilize the season’s bounty. The aroma, flavor and textures of his cuisine, mingled with his passion for the perfect fusion are a testament to Chef Boden’s ability to leave you with an indelible experience.
The rich glow of natural finished Brazilian Hardwood, unique light fixtures, industrial metal accents, and an awe-inspiring mural create an ambiance that is both warm and inviting. Comfortable over-sized booths flank the horseshoe shaped bar, which serves as the anchor of the main floor. The upstairs mezzanine offers an ideal oasis to enjoy a more intimate dining experience as well as a visually inspiring view of the entire space.
